Outside the routine
Jobs that come up quarterly or once, and that need equipment a nightly route does not carry.
Right method per surface
Glass, upholstery, vents and delicate finishes each fail differently under the wrong technique.
Scoped as a project
Defined start, defined finish, defined result — quoted per job rather than per month.
How it works
What falls outside a nightly route
Every building accumulates work a routine service is not built to handle. Interior windows above reach, light fixtures and vents, upholstery that has absorbed years of use, walls that went gray so gradually nobody registered it.
These jobs need equipment that does not live on a cleaning cart, and someone who knows which surfaces tolerate which methods. The wrong pad on a coated glass panel, or too much moisture in upholstery, causes damage that costs more than the cleaning was worth.
We scope specialized work as a project with a defined outcome. Some of it belongs on a quarterly cycle and some of it is a one-time recovery — telling you which is which is part of the assessment.
