Built around your schedule
Nightly, weekly, or somewhere between. The route is set to your hours and your traffic, not to a template.
The same team each visit
Consistency comes from people who already know your building, your access rules and your problem spots.
Documented, not assumed
A checklist per visit, so you know what was done and gaps get caught before you notice them.
How it works
Why the routine is the whole point
General cleaning is the layer everything else sits on. It covers the surfaces people touch and see daily — desks, doors, glass, floors, restrooms, break areas — on a rhythm frequent enough that soil never accumulates to the point of needing a recovery job.
The value is in the routine rather than in any single visit. A building cleaned consistently costs less to maintain over years than one cleaned intensively and irregularly, because finishes, carpet and fixtures degrade from accumulated soil more than from age.
We scope the route before quoting: square footage, headcount, traffic pattern, what time the space empties, and which areas need daily attention versus weekly. That is what sets the price — not a rate card.
